Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to visualize key performance metrics
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Create predictive models using machine learning techniques to forecast market trends and customer behavior
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of analytics workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and cloud data platforms
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into strategic recommendations
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling techniques
- Certification in data analytics or business intelligence (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, Tableau Desktop Specialist)
