Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust SQL databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Create advanced visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize product performance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection systems
- Present actionable insights to executive leadership through compelling narratives
- Maintain documentation for data models, methodologies, and analytical processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL mastery
- Expert proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data manipulation
- Proven ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ complex analytical projects
