Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for real-time performance monitoring
- Design and implement A/B tests to evaluate product features and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection systems and pipeline quality
- Create comprehensive data visualizations and executive reports translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience in healthcare or SaaS industries
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling skills including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects and visualizations
