Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL databases to support business analytics initiatives
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns
- Translate findings into clear recommendations for product and leadership teams
- Automate reporting workflows using Python/R and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and visualization tools
- Advanced proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R programming
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery) preferred
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics a plus
