Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with government or policy focus
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and experimental design
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience working with large datasets (>10TB) in cloud environments
