Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex data models to solve business challenges for enterprise clients
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analysis to drive product optimization strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Develop automated reporting pipelines using Python and SQL to improve operational efficiency
- Mentor junior analysts and lead data quality initiatives across organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in data analysis with proven track record in tech industry
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and predictive modeling
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehouse technologies
- Exceptional communication skills to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ impactful data-driven projects
