As a key member of our Data & Analytics division, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover trends, optimize operations, and deliver compelling data visualizations. Our hybrid work model allows you to split time between our vibrant Atlanta office and home office.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Create advanced dashboards and reports in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify business opportunities and mitigate risks
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear, data-driven narratives
- Maintain data integrity across multiple databases and ensure compliance with GDPR
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Excel
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical insights
- Experience with A/B testing and experimental design methodologies
