Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large, complex datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Conduct statistical analyses and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize user experiences.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts, data modeling, and data mining.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
