What you'll achieve: You'll architect data solutions that directly impact our $2B+ annual revenue stream, partner with VPs to define KPI frameworks, and lead end-to-end analytics projects from hypothesis to implementation. Your insights will power our AI-driven product recommendations and optimize our customer acquisition strategy.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast market trends and user behavior
- Create executive-level dashboards in Tableau/Power BI with real-time performance metrics
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for product features and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate analytics into production systems
- Present findings to C-suite stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience in tech/SaaS environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker)
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift) and ETL processes
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights into ROI
- Certification in Google Analytics, AWS Data Analytics, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data storytelling projects
