Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI to communicate key metrics to C-suite executives
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to identify market trends and business opportunities
- Partner with Product teams to define KPIs and track product performance metrics
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and documentation standards
- Mentor junior analysts and lead cross-functional data initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing and regression modeling
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical data solutions
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
