Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale transactional data using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to measure product feature performance and user engagement
- Partner with engineering teams to improve data pipeline efficiency and data quality standards
- Create predictive models to forecast user behavior and support retention strategies
- Present data-driven recommendations to leadership with clear, compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in fintech or e-commerce
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling skills including regression analysis and hypothesis testing
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, BigQuery) and ETL processes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data visualizations and analytical projects
