The Role: We're seeking a detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to own our data pipeline, uncover actionable insights, and drive strategic decision-making. This hybrid role offers 3 days/week in our downtown Seattle office with competitive benefits and equity opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data solutions using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate complex findings to executive stakeholders
- Develop statistical models to predict patient outcomes and optimize healthcare operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with HIPAA standards
- Present insights to leadership through executive dashboards and quarterly business reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio of projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy) with data manipulation libraries
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI skills with experience building interactive dashboards
- Strong statistical modeling background (regression, classification, time-series analysis)
- Familiarity with ETL processes and cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Excellent communication skills translating technical insights for non-technical audiences
