Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify market trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Present insights to C-level stakeholders through compelling data storytelling
- Maintain data quality standards and optimize database performance
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analytics experience with proven impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse) and ETL processes
- Experience translating business needs into technical requirements
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating data-driven projects with measurable results
