Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize key performance metrics
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and establish data-driven reporting frameworks
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, actionable recommendations
- Optimize data collection and reporting processes to enhance efficiency
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and visualization tools
- Advanced proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R for statistical modeling
- Expertise in data visualization platforms (Tableau or Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into business narratives
