Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop and maintain automated reporting pipelines to deliver real-time business intelligence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations that drive product development
- Optimize data collection methodologies to ensure data quality and integrity
- Present findings to leadership teams through clear, concise data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ETL processes
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into business-relevant insights
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimental design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical stakeholders
