Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud tools (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Analyze user behavior metrics to identify growth opportunities and product improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Create statistical models to forecast trends and quantify business impact
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure data quality across platforms
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with 2+ years in tech/fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Strong business acumen to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field preferred
- Proven track record of delivering insights that drive product decisions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply
