Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize ETL pipelines to process large-scale datasets from diverse sources
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for real-time business insights
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- A/B test hypotheses and communicate findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Maintain data quality frameworks and ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA)
- Mentor junior analysts and implement best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in remote work environments
