What You'll Achieve: Design end-to-end data pipelines, create executive-level dashboards, and lead cross-functional data initiatives that directly impact our $2B+ revenue stream. You'll own our most critical datasets and present findings to C-suite stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex data models using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Create interactive Tableau/Power BI dashboards for real-time business monitoring
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to optimize conversion funnels for 1M+ users
- Collaborate with product teams to translate data insights into actionable roadmaps
- Automate reporting workflows reducing manual effort by 40%+
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data governance and visualization
- Present quarterly data strategy reviews to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years analyzing large-scale datasets in tech/ecommerce environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake)
- Proven track record of translating complex data into business narratives
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI (AWS/Azure data certs a plus)
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
