Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- A/B test hypotheses and deliver actionable recommendations to optimize KPIs
- Maintain data quality standards and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
- Mentor junior analysts and promote data-driven culture across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning fundamentals
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Certification in Tableau or AWS/GCP data analytics (preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical audiences
