Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud-based tools (AWS/GCP)
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business optimization
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to support strategic decision-making
- Maintain data quality standards and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with 2+ years in tech industry
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design methodologies
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, BigQuery) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience working in remote or hybrid environments
