Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust ETL processes to transform raw healthcare data into analysis-ready datasets
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize patient outcomes and operational KPIs
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities across clinical workflows
- Create ad-hoc SQL queries to support strategic initiatives and stakeholder reporting requirements
- Present data-driven insights to executive leadership through compelling visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Maintain data governance standards ensuring HIPAA compliance and data integrity across all platforms

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analytics experience with SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) with portfolio of complex dashboards
- Strong statistical knowledge including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and experimental design
