Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data analysis projects using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel techniques
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies affecting business performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver actionable recommendations
- Develop and maintain automated reporting systems to track KPIs and business metrics
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, concise data narratives
- Contribute to data governance initiatives ensuring data quality and integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy) with proven data manipulation skills
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and dashboard development
- Strong statistical analysis background with experience in hypothesis testing and regression modeling
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data into business narratives
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
