Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards with Tableau/Power BI for real-time business insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Create predictive models to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Present data-driven recommendations to C-suite executives through compelling visualizations
- Maintain data integrity and implement ETL processes for seamless data pipelines
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize team analytics workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Certification in Tableau, AWS Certified Data Analytics, or equivalent preferred
- Demonstrated success translating complex data into strategic business recommendations
