Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify market trends and operational bottlenecks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- A/B test optimization strategies for patient engagement platforms
- Present findings to C-suite leadership with compelling data narratives
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (MS preferred)
- 5+ years experience in data analysis with healthcare industry exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning principles
- Proven track record translating complex data into business strategies
- AWS/GCP certification or equivalent cloud data platform experience
- Excellent communication skills with executive presentation experience
