Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and SQL queries to support business objectives
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to drive product optimization and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data pipeline improvements and ensure data integrity
- Present findings to leadership teams through compelling data narratives and strategic recommendations
- Lead ad-hoc analytical projects to address urgent business challenges and opportunities
- Maintain documentation of data processes, methodologies, and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record of delivering insights
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing and experimental design
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing concepts
- Proactive problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
