Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain automated reporting systems to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design experiments and analyze A/B test results
- Document data processes, methodologies, and findings for knowledge sharing and audit purposes
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data governance and quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with experimental design
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
