Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Modeling: Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL processes to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and executives to translate business requirements into analytical roadmaps.
- Visual Storytelling: Create compelling dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to communicate complex insights to non-technical audiences.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct advanced statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance.
- Data Quality Assurance: Implement data governance protocols and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across all platforms.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or data science roles.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Domain Knowledge: Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is highly desirable.
