Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales) to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and data models to support business intelligence needs.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Document data pipelines and analytical processes to ensure scalability and reproducibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
