Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data analysis workflows to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize product features and user experiences
- Create predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data infrastructure and collection processes
- Present findings to leadership with clear, data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of translating insights into business impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling skills and experience with machine learning techniques
- Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
