Responsibilities

- Perform statistical analysis to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Create ad-hoc reports and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements for new features
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control and validation processes
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with demonstrated SQL proficiency
- Expert knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R for statistical modeling
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into strategic insights
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data technologies
- Certification in data analytics or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex concepts clearly
