Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify business trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop and maintain automated reporting pipelines to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Present findings to leadership through clear, actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data infrastructure and quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics
