Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust ETL processes to transform complex datasets into clean, actionable analytics
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify market trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Create automated reporting systems to monitor business health and operational efficiency
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Python/R and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Certification in data analytics or business intelligence preferred
