Responsibilities
- Design and implement data collection systems using SQL, Python, and cloud-based tools
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines for real-time analytics
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with industry regulations (HIPAA, GDPR)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced experience with visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing skills
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience working with healthcare or logistics data preferred
