Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support business planning and inventory management.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across all reporting systems and databases.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership to drive data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
