Responsibilities
- Conduct Deep Data Analysis: Utilize advanced statistical methods and data modeling to interpret complex datasets and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop Interactive Dashboards: Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in real-time.
- SQL & Data Extraction: Write optimized SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Statistical Modeling: Build predictive models to forecast business outcomes and support strategic planning initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, marketing teams, and executives to define metrics and deliver data-driven recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data reporting processes and propose innovative solutions to enhance data accessibility and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Statistical Knowledge: Strong understanding of statistical concepts, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences through clear reports and presentations.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to ensure high data quality and accuracy in all reporting.
