Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop predictive models to forecast user behavior and market shifts
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data pipelines and optimize data infrastructure
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data storytelling
- Drive A/B testing frameworks to validate product hypotheses
- Maintain data quality standards and governance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
