What You'll Do:
- Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and visualizations.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform complex statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop SQL queries and scripts to support ad-hoc reporting and data mining.
- Present analytical findings to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analysis and visualization.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of our data strategy.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
