Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and optimize user experiences
- Develop predictive models to forecast customer acquisition and retention metrics
- Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain data pipelines and ensure data quality
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn), and visualization tools
- Strong experience with statistical analysis and experimental design
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing
