Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify business opportunities and risks
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design data-driven experiments and A/B tests
- Develop automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and data quality
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, concise visualizations and narratives
- Maintain and optimize data warehouses ensuring data integrity and accessibility
- mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of delivering actionable insights
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing and experimental design
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating data-driven projects with measurable business impact
