Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data analysis projects from requirement gathering to executive presentation
- Design and implement advanced data models using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with product teams to identify KPIs and track performance metrics
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize business strategies
- Maintain data integrity across enterprise systems and implement quality controls
- Present findings to stakeholders with clear recommendations and implementation plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience in B2B tech environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI skills with portfolio of enterprise-level dashboards
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift) and ETL processes
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights to ROI
- Proven track record of driving data-informed decisions that impact revenue
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
