Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze healthcare datasets using PostgreSQL and Redshift
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders, translating KPIs into compelling visual narratives
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with data engineers to maintain data pipeline integrity and automate reporting workflows
- Present findings to C-suite executives through polished PowerPoint presentations with clear ROI implications
- Lead ad-hoc analysis initiatives to support strategic business decisions across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with healthcare industry exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Expert knowledge of statistical methods and experimental design principles
- Proven ability to translate complex findings into actionable business recommendations
- Certification in Tableau or AWS Data Analytics is highly desirable
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
