Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end data analysis lifecycle, from requirement gathering and data modeling to final reporting.Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize product features, user acquisition, and retention strategies.Identify trends, anomalies, and process improvement opportunities within large-scale datasets using SQL and Python.Communicate complex data findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership through clear, compelling presentations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Data Science.Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, Redshift, Snowflake) and Python or R.Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI).Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) or cloud data warehousing (AWS Redshift/Glue) is a plus.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
