Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced data models to solve complex business challenges
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Automate reporting processes using SQL and Python to improve efficiency

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge including regression analysis and hypothesis testing
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
