Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines to collect, process, and analyze large datasets
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize complex business metrics
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data-driven solutions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling experience with A/B testing and regression analysis
