Responsibilities
- Analyze complex agricultural datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Design and implement statistical models to predict crop performance and resource allocation
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
- Stay current with industry advancements in agricultural technology and analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analytics experience with agricultural or supply chain data
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling techniques (regression, clustering, forecasting)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex insights for non-technical audiences
- Experience with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
