Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive summaries
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control procedures
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects supporting strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analytics experience in healthcare or regulated industry
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in A/B testing and regression modeling
- Proven ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Tableau Desktop Specialist) preferred
