Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify market trends and optimize KPIs across business units
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks
- A/B test hypotheses and present findings to C-level executives with data-driven recommendations
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy) with data manipulation libraries
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification with portfolio of complex dashboards
- Strong statistical knowledge including hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
