Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel functions
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Create automated reporting pipelines to deliver real-time insights to business units
- Present findings to leadership with clear data-driven recommendations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong Python/R skills with experience in data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
- Tableau or Power BI certification with dashboard development experience
