Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data pipelines using SQL and Python
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations
- A/B test design, execution, and statistical analysis for product optimization
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear, compelling narratives
- Automate reporting workflows to enhance team efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or e-commerce preferred
