Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow across departments
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize KPIs for executive stakeholders
- Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends and forecast business outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- A/B test hypotheses and present findings to guide product development strategies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R for data manipulation
- Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and machine learning algorithms
- Proven track record of creating compelling data visualizations and executive presentations
